manage payments status - superannuation

I am having issues with manage payments status.

I have followed your steps to refresh the screen and have tried to refresh each line as well.

 

I am also the authorised user on this account.

Given these are payments that occurred in 2019, I would expect these payments to be already in the employee's funds by now.

 

I have attached a copy of all files uploaded for superpayments.

All payments have been presented in our bank.

I want the status for each line to read "completed"

 

File details are :

Sxxx Supplies Pty Ltd

serial ; xxxx xxxx 5804

    • File ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
    • Screenshot of the payment status

      I have also had the same problem. I did call MYOB on the 1300 number listed on the website. After waiting an hour on hold I was answered then told I would put through to an expert. I then waited another whole hour on hold so I hung up. One of my super payments processed on the 25/05/20 shows a status "funds requested". I called one of the Super funds directly and received confirmation the payment was received. How can I change the Status?
