myob displays error on link business

Hi, 

I have done a self onboarding through one of our companies, but when i try to view pending invites, i get a message saying link a user id to your myob. i click on the link id button, password and user id are entered and then i get the dreaded something went wrong screen. I have tried several times.

I have tried calling for help... but... few hours wait time that i dont have, so hoping this can be fixed through here.

    Thanks for your post. So I can take a look into this can you please attach a screenshot of the window you're in along with the error message screenshot.
