not able to process payroll properly

urgent 1st payroll is not reporting and now in 3rd week of not being able to process payroll properly please help

  • payroll is zeroing out when I try to process since the beginning of July, can you please help?

    Thanks for your post. Can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)of the file so I can arrange a script to be run over your file to resolve this.
