Error -4077: You have sales for this item.

Hi 

 

I am trying to update our item price but I encountered error 4077.

How do we work around the issue?

    • Where the company file is stored i.e. online or local
    • What is the Serial number - Setup>>Company Information
    • What is the company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
