Its probably helpfull for MYOB to know that other users are having issues. I have a user who cannot access the Client Card from the Web Browser, so cannot access this function. Another opportunity to spend 2 housr on hold and another 2 trying to rectify.

Hi Sam, thanks for your reply. Below is NOT directed at or to you, but to MYOB.
** In this modern world spending 2 hours on the phone anyway - except Government agencies, e.g. Centrelink - is not acceptable as far as I am concerned.
Sorry - feeling sad that summer is going and very annoyed at stupid drivers this morning! ;-)
Please Myob send out emails to everyone with a fix even if they're not affected. And definately put it in the next update, Please! **

Basically there are features that aren't being rectified, and we as users are expected to just go with the flow with increased costs and just deal with it. Like this one, backup reminders that are over 3 years (1045 days last reminder)noting since last backup (yes backing up regularly) but still an issue not rectified.

Hi, I think this function is still not working on desktop version? Perhaps it shoud be removed if it's not going to be fixed.

Thanks for reaching out. We already raised this issue with our product teams for investigation, in the mean time as a work around they have advised to open AccountRight in the browser via app.myob.com, go into sales settings > reminders. The function should appear.
