Miscellaneous invoice

Good evening everyone    When I create a miscellaneous invoice I cant print it. If I change it to a service invoice all's of a sudden I can print it.   It also doesn't happen all of the time.   ...

Hi Zappy 

 

It is by design that the miscellaneous layout isn't used for printing. The description of the layout is: 'Use the miscellaneous layout to record a sale for which no printed form is needed or to make sales adjustments'. Therefore, if you do need to print the invoice please use a different layout.

    Are you sure? The client tells me he has been using it for years and it stopped working last week. Or did he dream it?

      Hi Zappy 

      I think you will find it was a service invoice they were printing. You've never been able to print a misc invoice
