Miscellaneous invoice

Good evening everyone 

 

When I create a miscellaneous invoice I cant print it. If I change it to a service invoice all's of a sudden I can print it.

 

It also doesn't happen all of the time.  

 

I rang tech support.

 

Stumped

    Hi Zappy 

     

    It is by design that the miscellaneous layout isn't used for printing. The description of the layout is: 'Use the miscellaneous layout to record a sale for which no printed form is needed or to make sales adjustments'. Therefore, if you do need to print the invoice please use a different layout.

      Are you sure? The client tells me he has been using it for years and it stopped working last week. Or did he dream it?

        Hi Zappy 

        I think you will find it was a service invoice they were printing. You've never been able to print a misc invoice
