Statements not sending

Monthly statements are not emailing in full. E.g we emailed all customers statements on 1/9 and tried again 5/9 and only 8 are showing at sent. 

 

We've had this issue on and off for 3 months now. 

 

Invoices being emailed from Myob go through ok. 

 

Any ideas?

    Thank you for your post. You mentioned only 8 emails are being sent, Are you sending them in large batches? If you are sending more than it can handle, it would explain why some statements are not being sent. Can you try sending just 10 or 15 and check if they are all sent, to confirm if it is due to the high bulk amount?

     

    If there are still statements that are not being sent, are there consistently the same customers not receiving the statements? If it is; try sending the same statement to your email address so we are able to check whether it is being blocked along the way.
