I am unable to upload the last of our company files to move online. I keep receiving the message "Unable to upload. There was a problem uploading this file. A connection error may have occurred."
I have attached a copy of the diganostics file for your reference.

This error can occur if there is a company file already online. So we can check if that's the case, please send me your product serial number and company file ID (found under Help>>About MYOB AccountRight) by Private Message.
