format general formatting

If someone could help with how to format total price column to be general with 2 decimals, when comes to invalid amount error 25 importing sale invoices into MYOB? thanks in advance

    Hi LL2113 

     

    Thanks for your post. Are you still having issues with importing your invoices? 

     

    An error 25 message could be caused by a number of reasons, some of them being invalid characters around amounts in the import file (like $ symbols), missing blank lines between different sale transactions, etc.

     

    Check this help article to narrow down what the issue could be: Import error log.

     

    I would recommend using a sample import file: Importing and exporting tips.

        Hi LL2113 

         

        Thanks for your reply. If you upload the import log and the file you are trying to import to the forum (private messages don't allow for file attachments), I can have a closer look. If it contains sensitive information, just leave only a few lines in the import file.
