DEACTIVATING ONLINE PAYMENTS
When I try to disable online payments from our invoices, the system crashes and changes can't be made. The only action is to call the 1800 number and wait for hours until someone answers the phone and from experience doesn't know what to do, or hangs up.
Please advise.
