Error 12007 - unable to connect to MYOB's Online Confirmation Service

I am running an old version of MYOB whihc is good enough for what I need it for however and error 12007 comes up when I try to confirm the company file.  I am connected to the internet.  I am on hold at the moment to speack with someone but over an hour wait!!  Why is it asking me to confirm the file again, I only done it a few months ago and had problems then also!!

    Company files do need to be confirmed on regular basis. Please send me the following information in a private message so that I can assist with confirming that file:

     

    • The serial number of the product -  Setup>>Company Information
    • The company file ID - Help>>About AccountRight
    • The version of the software you are using - Help>>About AccountRight
    • If you are on AccountRight Classic (v19 or below) - the Company file code
