Error message when trying to export to Excel

Hi MYOB,

I have upgraded to AccountRight 2020.4 this morning, however I am no longer able to export reports to Excel, I keep getting an error message (relating to CHKBKREG.XLT). I have looked at previous errors similar to this on this Forum and checked same location on C:drive for this solution but all my previous folders are empty. How do I frix this please?

    Thank you for your post. If the folders are empty I would recommend doing an Uninstall and Reinstall of AccountRight, after doing this you should then be able to export to Excel.
