Invoice reminder option is blank?
Invoice reminder option on both the customer card and preference is blank? How can I resolve this?

Hi Ninette,
Only Internet Explorer version 11 is compatible for this feature and is used when the Invoice reminders window appears, can you please search the computer for Internet explorer and troubleshoot the above steps. These steps will not work in Microsoft Edge.

Have used this function without any problems for a while now.
Suddenly there is a problem.
What is the problem?
The fix that you have suggested does not work for me.
