I have received the email saying....
You will need to confirm your details in product, review and accept the new product disclosure statement and Direct Debit Agreement before you can make a super payment through your software. This must be completed by a file owner or administrator and will take a few minutes to complete.
I have signed in several times and there was no prompt for action and I can't find how to confirm this. Can someone please help.

Same here was able to process supers and has been debited from my account but status still shows processing payment ?
Had live chat yesterday after waiting on phone got transferred waited again then the line dropped out.
I have a case number but nobody has contacted me.
So frustrating
