Chart of accounts do not have other income and other expense

Hi,

There is no Level 1 Header account for other income and other expense on the chart of accounts in MYOB, which makes it impossible for me to do the following work, can you help me solve the problem as soon as possible?

Until it is fixed and we are able to add in codes to Other income, this isn't for all entity types but definitly Sole Traders, we don't have any choice but  to go through support to get them to add in codes... so it needs to be sorted .

Yes, last time I checked which was last week, I am New Zealand based so the Other income worksheet doesn't apply.  We would typically put in Other income, things which might be irregular income or I have used it for residential rental property income and then used the other expenses catagory so I could group them all together.
