Have read all the previous threads regarding PayID including post in Product Ideas dated April 2018 and note the upgrades have stalled since last post in January 2023. Have there been any developments in this regard? Is PayID now available?

Can you please enable the Payroll Tax calcuation function to differentiate between States? I have employees in QLD and NSW - and calculating Payroll Tax at the end of the month is a tedious process of extracting Activity Detail Report into spreadsheets to split the data how it needs reporting, then running Category Transactions to make sure I still balance. There is no report that gives the information I need that also identifies employees so that I can split the figures between employees in NSW and QLD.

Can you please remove the Emergency Contact Details from the Payroll Advice Report. The report is sent to 3rd parties (WorkCover QLD for example) and should not include Emergency Contact Details. The Emergency Contact Details are automatically loaded into the Notes on the employees Card File when Onboarding has been completed. I believe Emergency Contacts should have their own section, not just shoved into notes. And why is the Payroll Advice Report reading the Notes section on the Card File anyway? This issue is in breach of privacy legislation and the solution given of exporting to excel, removing emergency contact details, then re-pdf to send is cumbersome.

Please fix the issue where gmail verification email to the MYOB in tray mailbox is not received and cannot be verified. The ability to filter invoices and forward directly to MYOB In Tray automatically will streamline the account process dramatically. A simple change for MYOB to auto click on the verification link or allow user to click on it from the In Tray.

As we use MYOB for payroll it would be of great assistance for the Web Browser to be able to select Identifiers. We currently use H for Office Staff, P for Permanent Part Time, and C for Casuals. As we have over 300 staff and they are all paid on different days it is so much easier to select the identifier and process that payrun of the particular group rather than having to upload ALL staff. We would use it as we are on the desktop but it would be quicker. Regards Mona Miller

When entering the Supplier Invoices via the Web Browser and selecting recurring it is painful that we have to scroll through all our suppliers select the supplier and then scroll all the way down to the bottom to prefill. Surely MYOB can have a quicker system to select the supplier. Maybe just type in the supplier name and enter to select? It would be so much faster and after all that is what the Web Browser is there for. Regards Mona Miller

It would be a great help if we could add the promise date to a Supplier Invoices on the Web Browser. Entering Supplier invoices via the Web Browser is very quick however with all the scheduling of the payments each week we need this to be functional. It can be done off the Web Browser but not on the Web Browser which means that we have to have both versions open and then add the promise date after we have saved the invoice on the Web Browser. We'd love to see the same functionality in the MYOB Team app as when entering a timesheet within MYOB. Adding in TOIL for example as a pay item would be a great help. Also having to add each day as a seperate timesheet is a bit painful in the App, can it be done similar to how it is within the program.

Currently, the Analyse Inventory Summary, which is used to determine stock requirements, only shows the parent product, and not the individual autobuild items that make up the parent. As a result, this report is not useful to analyse the stocking requirement for autobuild items. Consequently, if products have been built there is no way of getting any meaningful data on autobuild items that make up the build for stock ordering purposes.

Hello. It would be great if a manager could submit a leave request, in particular personal/sick leave on an emplees behalf. This will help to make sure this leave is accounted for when running payroll, reducing the risk of the employee forgetting to submit the leave.

I need to obtain Superannuaton Receipt each time super is paid. These receipt are required when submitting progress payment claims with builders. I have seen a number of old posts regarding this, but there is still no option to get these receipts.

2023.11 - When distributing pay to more than one bank account, if #1 is allocated a dollar sum, then it always gets the full amount. If the employee's net pay is less than that, bank account #2 is allocated a negative amount. This then requires manual monitoring and correction. Can the dollar allocation be limited to the net pay?

We need a function within MYOB AccountRight to allow authorisation of invoices by staff prior to payment. Not having this function is a real disadvantage, and when working remotely as many do these days, it is becoming more essential to have this as a standard function. Is there a timeline for developing this function into MYOB? If not, we will probably be changing to another accounting software option.

We can customise invoices to a certain degree, but I would really like to be able to customise remittance advices. I constantly get emails from suppliers asking when payment will be made (fair enough, that's my bad for not paying on time) however I'm sick of wasting my time emailing a remittance and then having to respond to these enquiries. Why can't we customise the remittance to have an ETA on the payment to. I don't think having a 'remittance date' really tells the supplier much. "whoopy doo, you've sent a remittance date xx/xx/xxxx." This date does not provide the supplier with an ETA. Please MYOB team, make this happen.

Now that we have to retype our email address every. single. time. we log in, could you at least make the cursor appear in the password field on the next screen instead of back in the email address field? I don't understand why both fields can't be typed on the same screen. Or why my email address can't be remembered anymore. I can't tell you the number of times I've typed my password into that email box for anyone standing near my desk to see!

We would have liked to try using MYOB Teams for our staff to submit timesheets but since we can't disable the leave request section, it's not a viable option for us. We use another system for leave requests already which automatically updates calendars and other programs via integrations. If the different parts of the Teams app could be enabled or disabled by us, then this would be a much more useful solution.

Currently, if you try to use an Input Taxed Tax Code on a Sales transaction you will get the message "Import Duty and Input Taxed are invalid tax types for sales.". However, it is very common to enter a single transaction when recording a Residential Property Rental Statement. This will have the Rental Income as a sale (Tax Free) but have the expenses as negative (or debit) values (Input Taxes). MYOB will not allow this to be entered as a single transaction. The workaround is to enter the income as a sale and the expenses as a purchase, but this makes it very difficult to reconcile. It would be much better to keep the warning for a positive (credit) amount on a sales transaction, but allow Input Taxed for negative (debit) amounts. This way a single easily reconciled MYOB transaction can be entered for the single statement from the managing agent.
