New employee

I have an employee you has given me their super details after the end of the quarter.

How can I update their pays so it shows their super for each month?

Welcome to the Community Forum.

 

It should be an easy fix, depending on if you set up the pay item already. Here is what you would need to do:

  1. Create the Super Fund and assign employee to that fund: Set up superannuation funds.
  2. Check the employee has been linked to Super Guarantee (so they would already been accruing super): Assign the super guarantee pay item to an employee.
  3.  If the super had not accrued then make a super adjustment: Checking and adjusting superannuation.
