Base Hourly hours linked and deducting from personal Leave

PLease ignore this has now been rectified

 

A client payroll is all setup as Base Hourly monthly but some how one each payoll is being run the monthly hours of 164.667 is coming off the personal leave so all persoanl leave's balances are in the negative. 

 

I cannot see where this is linked in the pay items - but it is happening for each employee - any advise on how to fix this issue?

    Great to hear you resolved this, thanks for letting us know.

     

    For the benefit of other Forum users, leave balances are reduced by the wage pay items selected in Pay items>> Leave tab>>Leave accrual pay item>>Link wage pay item.
