How to view a employee payable/outstanding superannuation payment for a particular period of time?

Thanks for your post. When you record a payrun the Superannuation payable liability account is credited with the super accrual amount. When you process the super payment the Superannuation payable liability account is debited the super accrual amount.

 

So a good way to check that all super payments have been made is to reconcile the Superannuation payable liability account. You can do this in the Reconcile accounts window by selecting that account and matching the payrun transactions with the super payment transactions.
