Thanks for the screenshot, and I apologize for the delay.
At present, we don't have any reported instances of the STP error message that matches yours. As a potential solution, I suggest going through the setup of the STP from the STP reporting window and sending an update event. If the error message persists after this, it would be necessary to contact ATO for further information regarding the error code.
