Working holiday maker country of origin - ATO error code: CMN.ATO.PAYEVNTEMP.000295

I'm receiving this error message: ATO error code: CMN.ATO.PAYEVNTEMP.000295, which I understand is due to not having country of origin selected for working holiday makers. For existing staff I cannot find country of origin under income type. See attached photo.

I've tried changing tax table and income type but nothing works to enable the country of origin selection. How do I get around this?

  • Actually I figured it out... Just changed the income type from salary and wages to working holiday makers and it popped up.

      Generally, the ATO error codes will give you a description of what needs to be fixed for the report to be accepted. We're glad to hear you we're able to look for the solution.
