Thanks for the reply, but what I'm after is being able to see if WE have printed an invoice to send in the mail. Not all of our customers have email addresses so being able to track it after it has been emailed misses the point. Why can't we track all of the times we as issuers have either emailed or printed the invoice.

Hi all,
I appreciate your ideas and thoughts about this. As of the moment, an activity history for printing is not an available feature in the software. It only tracks if an email was sent. This is a great idea that you can share on our Product Ideas Board so that our development team can see your suggested feature. Posting your idea can allow others to vote for it as well.
