Attachments

Hi,

 

We are unable to drag and drop attachments to MYOB from email attachments or from saved documents on our computers, we have to save the file to our hard drive then attach.  When we try the Add Documents Enlarge and remove fields are greyed out.

 

I know its possible as I have done it with other data files and the screen actually says drag and drop a file here.

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! Sorry to hear that you were not able to attached your documents to your File. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue and I do apologize for the delayed response. 

    Thanks for the detailed information. If you're unable to drag and drop directly from your email, it could be due to an unsupported file type or the fact that file is too large in size. Therefore, could you please confirm what happens when you try to drag and drop a document from your email? If nothing appears in the Intray for sometime, please give it some time as the delay could be due to the speed the document are syncing at. I would also recommend uploading 4-5 documents of different sizes to check if any document gets uploaded at all.

      I am unable to drag and drop from my email or from my computer hard drive files.  They are simple .pdf invoices or .jpg screen snips.  I have not had this problem before in other data files.

       

      When we try and drag and drop the options at the top of the screen to attached turn grey and nothing happens.
