Error Message when entering an invoice

I keep getting this error message when entering some items into an invoice. I also cant edit or make the items inactave.

Any ideas?

    Thank you for reaching out. Kindly accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience that this has caused you. We are aware of an incident report earlier that showed that some users were impacted when using the product. They’re receiving this "Something went wrong" intermittent error while using their account. This issue is now resolved by our hard-working team.       Thanks for your reply. But sorry its still doing it. Nothing has been resolved as yet.

Could you please also verify the last four digits of your serial number so we can collate and raise a ticket for further investigation?
