Hi, I started receiving the following error message yesterday, after using the NZ Payroll Software for ages:
Error: "Unable to perform Online Confirmation at this time. Please try again later or contact MYOB Customer service for assistance."
Can anyone provide a solution? I've checked with IT and there are no virus scanner or firewall issues.

There is another post about this. It is a known issue after the latest update. I called the support line and got a case number and was added to their list of people waiting on the fix
