Regards, Clint How to edit the layout of the invoice reminder emails Our MYOB AccountRight sends out reminder emails before and after invoice due dates which is great, but is there a way to change the Wording and Format of the emails? We sell in both AUD and USD, but the Reminder Emails change the value all to show in AUD, without putting the Currency in front of the values. This causes a lot of confusion with our USD customers. Is there away to remove the Invoice Value amounts from the Email body? The value shows up next to the Invoice number above the Green Rectangle button ("View Invoice"). Can we also remove the "Invoice Summary" from the Email body? SolvedAuto-Build not working The Auto-Build has stopped working on my MYOB. Today we have used the "Build Item" button several times this morning but now its not working. Normally after clicking the "Build Item" button, the build window opens, but now nothing happens. I've already restarted MYOB several times and restarted my PC. I've deleted the files from the Cache folder but nothing helps. All other users in the office are having the same issue. My goal is to have one admin person handle Wages processing and another manage Salary processing. However, it's crucial that the admin responsible for Wages does not have access to Salary details. Can this segregation of duties be achieved with standard AccountRight features, or would I need to integrate a Payroll plugin? Turn off the "Pay by BPay" from invoices We are using the Credit Card payment which has been working fine. But last week a customer used the "Pay by BPay" as shown at the bottom of the invoices. Which also worked fine, expect we got hit with a big service fee. How can I REMOVE the "Pay by BPay" from invoices or have the service passed over to the customer in the same way its done with Credit Card Payments??? However, it seems NOTHING is getting updated. I found posts about choosing either BPAY or Credit Card going back to 2018. Surely it can not take 5 years to implement a simple selection choice! Most often when I look for an answer to an issue, there are posts ending with "Unfortunately MYOB doesn't do this or that, but leave a suggestion and we will look at including it in the next update". MYOB, MYOB, MYOB....................Read the suggestions and get the updates done and stop just talking about doing updates!!!! Re: MYOB Team Kiosk - Show only select employees So you mean only the Hourly Staff get to take advantage of the Online Leave application and Access to digital list of Payslips and the ablitiy to update their personnal details, and any Monthly Staff members dont get access to these digital functions?? That seems a little on the dumb side. Surely all staff should be able to take advantage of all the functions MYOB has to offer and the system should cater to all the different Payroll systems. MYOB get your act together and things sorted out properly!
