AMEX Bank Feeds

Hi Guys, 

Is anyone else having delays in AMEX bank feeds?  Last feed came through on 6th March, so today is 6 days.  Interested to see if it's a me problem, or if anyone else is having the save issues.

    There was a delay with AMEX bank feed transactions yesterday, check this post out for more information. However, if you're experiencing transactions missing for the last 6 days it may be worth raising a support request from your My Account dashboard. If transactions are missing for an extended date range we can take a deeper look and resolve accordingly.

     

    For future, updates around bank feed delays will be posted in this Bank Feed Updates board - I'd recommend hitting the bell icon on the top right to stay updated with email updates. 

  • Yes, I'm also having the same problem with AMEX bank feeds. Nothing since 6th March.

    Dead as a dodo. Just raised a support ticket. Interestingly, on the support ticket they say to check the status page but there is nothing listed.

    Let's hope they decide to make it a priority.
