Bank Feeds not working

We have bank feeds working for all our accounts over the weekend, except one.  I can see that you did an update yesterday that may effect the bank feeds so am assuming this is why this is happening.  I have tried to 'Get bank transactions' numerous times today but nothing comes in but there are transactions from the weekend that I can see in our CBA account.  How do we get this fixed?

    Hi Pearlie,

     

    If only one of your bank feed accounts isn't working like the others, the issue is likely specific to that bank feed. I suggest creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window so our bank feed team can look into it. It's also a good idea to have screenshots ready in case the support team requests them via email.

     

    In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
