Have 2 transations that have appeared overnight in undeposited funds.  both in minus and dated 18 months ago!

  • Hi angeworm,

     Thank you for your post.

It sounds like you're encountering an unexpected issue with your transactions. To address this, kindly check the accuracy of these transactions. Ensure that they weren't mistakenly recorded. Transactions dated 18 months ago appearing suddenly in undeposited funds might be a system glitch. Confirm if these transactions were previously reconciled or if they have any relation to your past transactions. To investigate further, I'll be reaching out to you via private message to gather additional information regarding this matter. Kindly keep an eye on your Community forum inbox, and we'll continue to address and discuss your concern through that channel.

    Cheers,

    Princess
