Missing some bank feed transactions

Hi. My client's bank feed seems to regularly miss certain transactions. Usually medicare deposits that can be near the end of the month. This just seems strange. Is it a known thing?

    Hi Sai,

    Thanks for the response. If the client is correct it seems that this has been happpening for some time. Perhaps more than 12 months so its not a recent issue. Simply some transactions dont come through on the bank feed. Does complicate things.

    Sai - one more question is there any way possible that somebody could delete a bank feed transaction and completely remove it from the register (ie not just hide it but actually delete it).

    Thank you for your patience and for the response. I do apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing about your bank feeds, but rest assured that our development team is working to fix this permanently.

     

    Yes, we have a specific team that can delete bank feed transactions. We can raise it to them for us to remove it completely from the register.

    ok but a only MYOB can delete bank feed transactions not the client?

    Also are you saying that MYOB knows that not all transactions are being imported?

    That is correct. We have a specific team that can delete those transactions. We are also aware that some of our users are having issues with their bank feeds. Our development team are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

    How would I know? Does MYOB now beleive all bank feeds are coming into bank accounts? Ill look for missing transactions in the future and not trust the MYOB data feeds (that is probably the solution).
