Transfer in Bank Feed Showing as read Only

I am and Invited user and pretty sure we have ticked every box to have full function but my transfer  in bank feeds will not work and comes up read only i can select account but i have no ok button only close

 

we are the latest version of account right 

 

Has anyone had this before?

 

i have confirmed the file and when i log in under original user the function does work

    FOUND IT  was just a tiny little button that needed to be read and write in manage user roles
