Error 4077

Hi

I need to import a file due to a price increase. I have a MYOB expert assisting me however he has run into some problems. He has been getting error message 4077. I was told to reach out to MYOB help to get them to a run a fix. they have done this twice but it hasnt fixed the issue and it keeps coming up with multiple items with duplicated price levels, 0 qty break.

Does anyone know any other way I can get this fix? I am running out of time as the price increase needs to be done by the first of June.

Cheers

Mallory

Myob's script usually fixes the issue for all existing items. However as soon as you add a new item on screen, you will need to get MYOB to run the script again for the new item! This has been reported to MYOB, however they seem to keep attributing cause to user behaviour, rather than programming bug.

    Hi MalloryJ,

Yes, the way to deal with Error 4077 is to get our team to fire up a fix script—it usually does the trick.  Sometimes, though, the issue can hang around if someone logs into the file while the script's doing its thing. No stress, I’ve rerun the script on your file just in case.

Before you dive into importing that file, make sure to clear your AccountRight cache and log back in. If it’s still acting up, it might need a closer look from our team. You can jump onto live chat with MOCA (our virtual assistant) or buzz the team for a chat—the contact deets are all up on our website.

    Cheers,

    Princess
