Importing Supplier Card but Skipping Bank Details

Hi There,

 

We have moved to MYOB Business Plus recently and i been trying to import Supplier Cards but everytime i try the import - MYOB skips BSB number for all suppliers but imports account number ? 

 

Can someon pelase help to figure out why this is happening ?

    Hi Amankaur , does your BSB include a hyphen? If so try removing it. If not, add it.

     

    Test this on a single supplier.

    Hi Mike,

     

    I have tried importing supplier cards - BSB with Hyphen and without hyphen - but it didnt worked both times .

     

    Is there anything else that might cause this issue ?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community Forum. 

     

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties in importing your contact information. I recommend checking to see if there are no extra characters like spaces while creating the import file. Also, you can send us information as to how the bank information is formatted using variables like a,b,c,x, and y (e.g. BSB:xxxxxx) or send us an import file (just replace the bank information with random numbers). This will help us investigate what is causing this issue.
