Deactivate Old File

How do I deactivate and old file so I can activate a new one. Chat line not working

    To deactivate and reactivate your file, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA. If you're having any trouble contacting live chat, you can also create a support case via MyAccount for further assistance.
