Hey P_ABC,
There are workarounds available to help you with exporting reports with Excel. You can refer below:
- Make sure that Microsoft Office 365 is properly installed on your computer. Sometimes, issues with Office installation can prevent reports from exporting correctly.
- Test if exporting to PDF works. If exporting to PDF is successful, the issue might be specific to the Excel export function.
- Clearing the AccountRight cache can resolve export issues. Follow the steps through this link.
