Back up in Progress - Can't open company file
Hello!
I have tried to open MYOB this morning however it is coming up with a window saying 'Backup in progress - This company file is currently backing up. You can sign on once the backup is complete.'
Last night there was a connection error when backing up, but it appears to connect and finish backing up as I got a back up complete message. However upon investigation this morning there is no back up file saved.
Can you please tell me how to fix this!
