Hi. We updated to the latest Premier 2026.2.1.5. The backups don't work. Says Ërrors were found during the backup process. please try again" It says this for all 3 of our online companies. The files did not have any errors prior to update. The files are all working correctly aside from this.
We are having the same issue with our two companies in MYOB Accountright Plus. As of this week we can no longer back up locally, and the new online back up process fails as you have described.

That’s really inconvenient timing. I totally get how frustrating that is with the backup error popping up. I figure I have just picked a bad day to login to AccountRight lol but how are you even getting past the hung up browser login screen? Cannot get to desktop at all to even run an update for online which I think is maybe my problem in terms of access.
Man what a mess. RIP payroll day people. Any MYOB devs holy we a fix right now. I will try tomorrow.
