Can't open backup file

Hi,

 

We have a backup file for MYOB which we can't open after upgrade (the system keeps crashing opening the file).

 

We have other backup files that can be upgraded and opened fine. 

 

I have attached the error log.

    Hi there TrangC,

     

    Thanks for providing the error log. You'll need a fix script to sort out the issue with your file not opening after the upgrade. Just get in touch with our support team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, and they'll run the fix and get things back on track.
