Change email for Owner

Hello,
The email address for the Owner account is incorrect.
We are unable to create an "Online Admin" account as it appears only the Owner account can complete this process.

    Hi MYOB-User,

    The Owner login is tied to the MYOB account itself, so if the email address on that Owner profile is wrong, it’s not something you can fix from inside the product, and that’s also why you can’t create an Online Admin right now. For security, only our team can correct the Owner email / primary contact. The next step is to follow the process in this help article Change the primary contact on an MYOB account and submit a Change of primary contact request with the correct owner details:
