Change of Owner

Hi,

My role is setup as Administrator in MYOB but I need to be changed to Owner role and my bookkeeper changed from owner to Administrator. How can I do that? I also need to give access to my accountant to see MYOB data but don't know how to invite her to MYOB.

Thanks for your help in adavance.

  • Hi anu_p,

Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community forum. I hope you find it a valuable resource.

An Owner user is typically the primary/billing contact on an account. To change or update an AccountRight Live owner, the primary contact or the current AccountRight Live owner can get in touch with us to update that user access. I'll be reaching out to you via private message to gather additional information. In terms of inviting your accountant to your AccountRight file, kindly refer to this Help article, which has detailed information to assist with this.

Please keep an eye on your Community forum inbox, and we'll continue to address and discuss your concern through that channel.

    Cheers,

    Princess

      Hi,

I replied to the email but not too sure if it was received back the message. Details of what was requested are below:

I also would like to know how to remove access for someone or deactivate a user.

Didn't want to share this information but I'm struggling to find where to send responses to as the email respond says that this email is not monitored.

      Thanks for your help.
