Hi everyone, I was wondering if I could create prompts when I select certain customers while entering a sale?
For example some customers require special bookings, passcodes or information which needs to be relayed to the driver. A prompt when the customer is selected to say 'Bookings required' would be very helpful.

Currently, the option to create prompts isn't available in AccountRight. We understand how beneficial this could be, and we'd love to hear more about how this would help your business. I encourage you to submit your suggestion to our Ideas Board. Our development team closely monitors the feedback shared there, and many of our product enhancements come directly from user suggestions.
