Employee has 2FA wiped out and cannot login
One of the team members cannot see any codes on their Google Authenticator. They had access to this yesterday but suddenly its wiped out. Being an Admin, i am still not able to reset or set-up for her. Every time when she tries to login, it directs her to log in and you need to furnish a authenticator code ( which she does not have as the GA does not have MYOB 2 FA ). We are going around in circles and cannot solve this.
There are no backup codes or 2nd set up with phone number added either. Can you please assist in this and how can we set-up the MYOB 2FA access again so she can log into her account?
