File Activation

I am trying to activate an old MYOB file (2016.3.19.1272) by phone and need a licence file.  I have tried ringing MYOB but cannot get through.  I have tried going on line to get confirmation code but cannot get a company file code.

 

How can I activate my company file?

    If you're having issues, please send me a private message with your Serial Number and Company File Code and I'll be happy to help.

    Thank you Earl.  Unfortunately when I hit private message it just takes me to a page that says Private Messages but no where I can send a message.  I cannot active on line.  Would appreciate your assistance

    Hi Glenorie , there is an issue with confirmation of older versions at the moment, and MYOB are recommending that affected users upgrade to the latest version (v2023.5). This option is available to all users.

    I sincerely thank you for being patient and understanding to this issue.  As of 04/7/2023 we do have an issue in confirming a company file in older version as per mike-James reply to your post. In addition to this, you may see an error prompt "Unable to automatically confirm your company file. You may not be connected to the internet, or your computer's firewall may not allow online confirmation. As for this matter, we recommend to upgrade your version of AccountRight to 2023.5 (latest Version).
