File Stuck Backing Up

Hi,

Need some help to get access back to my company file.  Started a backup last night which usually takes 5 minutes.  Came in this morning and it wouldn't let me log in as it appeared to be stuck on the back up process.

Submitted a support request about 11am today and have heard nothing since.

Really need this fixed ASAP if anyone knows what else I can do

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the backup especially when you're trying to get back into your file.

     

    While our team works through your support request, there's another way you can get quicker help: our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA. It's available through our website and might be the fastest way to get this sorted today.

    I’ve checked your company file and found the issue. I’ve set up a backend script to fix it, so this should be resolved for you now.
