It sounds like your file's decided to take an extra-long coffee break! Sorry to hear it's getting stuck on the loading screen. That's definitely not what we want for you.
Let's get this sorted together. First, could you try restarting your computer again and logging in again? Sometimes a fresh start does the trick.
