how to restore a backup

am using accounting plus V18 and tried to start a new financial year and it froze during this process

did a backup before i started it but now when i try and open the company file it gives a message that the file cant be used and to restore a backup

 

when i open myob now have a screen with OPEN   CREATE    EXPLORE  WHATS NEW  EXIT

and none of these seem to allow us to restore the backup

 

All the options at the top of the screen are greyed out so stuck trying to find out how to restore the backup

    Hi compmorewyong​ 

    Use Open and then you will see File name: and AccountRight Data (.MYO) at the bottom of the Open box - change the AccountRight Data (.MYO) to All Files (*.*) using the drop down arrow and you will be able to see the backup.zip file and click on it to open and restore.
