Logging in

Is anyone having issues when logging into Accountright for the day?

When trying login I am getting the first screen, put in my email

Then get another screen and re enter email and then allows me to put in password!

sometimes I am getting a third screen to enter email and login.

Very slow as well.  With multiple files, very very annoying

    I am having the same issue, I am unable to open the company file

  • Yes had the same issue yesterday and again today. They need to fix the bug asap. We all have businesses and need a reliable service thats not happening at the moment. Not happy. Xero is looking good at the moment.
