Managing Users
Hi
I added a new user to access all information.
We have 2 entities so I can switch between businesses.
The new user has only got access to one entity and not to both using the web access level.
She is setup as a user for both entities. Although only one entity is showing up for her to access.
When I try to log into MYOB Manage online access I cannot get access as it does not recognize me, and I am the administrator.
So very confused. I really need urgent help as I an going on holidays and need to ensure the user has access to both entity company files.
