Looks like you’ve run into a bit of trouble with one of your user’s access. A pretty common reason the file doesn’t show up, even if the user is listed, is that they might not have accepted the invite yet. Might be worth having a quick check of their email inbox to see if it’s been accepted.
On another note, the Manage Online Access portal can only be accessed by the primary contact. Just a heads-up, contacts and user access aren’t the same thing. If you need to change it, you’ll need to ask the primary contact to make the switch through the MyAccount window.
